What you'll do
If you're looking for refreshing yoga classes in Santa Clara or a way to work out while social distancing, join this beginner's yoga class! This class will gather outside to engage in meditative yoga practice.
All are welcome to join a small class with instructor Kushal as we strengthen the mind and body with beginner-friendly yoga techniques. No prior knowledge or skill is required, just come curious and ready for some restorative movement!
Yoga is a great way to exercise physically and mentally. Learn something new in a supportive and friendly environment and enjoy a breath of fresh air as you move!
Classes are limited to eight students. We will meet on the lawn close to the fountain, across USPS, and adjacent to the University Plaza. Please rsvp in advance -- we hope to see you there!
