A special new knowledge is you use the mushrooms soaked water is used for cooking. It is the same with Japanese. People in both Italy and Japan know the importance of the broth. Class was well organized and excellently taught. Teacher was relaxed, which helped us first-timers ease into pottery making and be less anxious. Made various pots and wonky-bowls. Overall very fun!
