Came here with my BFF as a birthday gift and it was great! Loved that the terrarium glass was large and of good quality. The kit had everything we needed and there was a decent variety of plants to choose from at our table. I really appreciated that they had a snack and drinks table (was not expecting that!) and the hosts were very friendly and patient. This class was incredible! I bought the class as a surprise gift for my partner and we each made one knife each. Our instructor Arlene was so helpful, funny, inspiring, and had a great taste in music. The effort was somehow both easier and harder than expected (my arms are spaghetti), but the teacher was available to help if you were struggling. To be able to leave with a handmade knife was amazing!This class was incredible! I bought the class as a surprise gift for my partner and we each made one knife each. This class was great! I really enjoyed the instruction and tips from Jo. This is a fun way to craft a gift for yourself or someone else. The kit comes with a file and two wax rings. You can work out your design with the first ring and then have a second to make it better. Or make two rings (there would be an additional cost to have two rings cast. The course fee covers the cost of casting one silverThis class was great! I really enjoyed the instruction and tips from Jo. This is a fun way to craft a gift for yourself or someone else. If you have other small tools around the house you can also use those to sculpt the ring. I happen to have some small files and clay carving tools and they worked for this ring project as well. I recommend watching their videos before you get into the class so that you have the basic idea of what you will be doing before you try to do it. I continued to work on my design after the class had ended and will now try to perfect it on the second wax ring before I return it to be cast. It was fun to see Pippi the cat make an appearance. I would recommend giving this a try and will probably do this again myself. + more

I had gifted a wheel throwing class as a Christmas gift and honestly it’s the best gift idea I’ve ever had! To have Kendal as an instructor was so amazing. She’s insightful, knowledgeable and so encouraging throughout the entire process. The studio is well organized and clean. She had everything that you needed and showed us where everything was and what the uses were. We really enjoyed the free time we got to experiment. If we needed any help or had questions, she was always there and ready to answer. We really had a lot of fun!

As I carefully pieced together the fragments of my broken plate, I found myself reflecting on my own life. Just like the plate, I have experienced my share of cracks and breaks. But rather than discarding these broken pieces, I learned to embrace them, to see them as part of my story.
As I carefully applied the gold lacquer, I felt a sense of peace and tranquility wash over me. The repetitive motion, the delicate touch, the focus on the present moment – it was all so meditative.

Hanna was extremely knowledgeable and able to present the information in a way that was very easy to understand. I'm confident that I have the tools to figure out how to correctly (and safely) make soap with any type of oil I choose. Well worth the money.
