"Block" out some time for a new art activity, brought to you by The Works Seattle. In this workshop, you'll learn how to use a linocut tool to create block prints, which you will use to decorate your very own set of greeting cards.

No prior experience is required to succeed in this beginner-friendly class - all you need is interest and a willingness to try something new. If you're looking for creative birthday party ideas or innovative team building activities, this class is the perfect choice.

Led by a teacher from The Works Seattle, this class will guide you through using a linocut tool to carve your own block from a set of pre-designed patterns. Using the negative and positive space elements of the block print, and special ink, you will stamp your own set of greeting cards.

You'll take home with you your set of greeting cards, plus your rubber stamp, which you can use to create many more projects in the future. If you've been wanting to learn art, this workshop is a great way to get started!

Please Note
We’re always happy to travel to you! This option is available within the greater Seattle area (including the east side) for an additional flat fee of $500, which covers the time and expense of transport, set-up, and break-down.
