Everyone from coffee virgins to veterans of the javasphere will benefit from this hour-long, intimate experience course aimed at waking you up to the many splendored possibilities of the pour-over technique.

Your virtual barista instructor will guide you through the process, from the grinding of the beans to that priceless moment when you take the first sip of the best go-juice you’ve ever made. Along the way, you’ll have lots of opportunities to ask questions, take notes, and get feedback in real-time.

Sightglass Coffee Roasters

San Francisco's sibling-owned Sightglass Coffee got its start as a rickety service-cart in the SoMa district in 2009. Named for the window on a PROBAT coffee roaster through which java makers of old would watch fresh, green coffee beans brown, crack, and explode with flavor, Sightglass has a simple yet ambitious vision: to share with the community the joy and possibilities of a good, single-sourced cup of joe.

Grant and his fellow Sightglass baristas and expert coffee roasters have dedicated years of their lives to the science of espresso and studying just what goes into a perfect pour-over brew. They love sharing what they've learned with other bean heads, one story, one lovingly pulled shot at a time.
