When it comes to appealing appetizers, nothing beats a beautifully arranged board. Now you can learn how to put together all the delicious components for a stellar charcuterie and cheese tasting board.

If cooking lessons aren't your jam, but you love the idea of expanding your culinary skills, this is the ideal class to explore something new. You will learn how to curate popular cheeses and cured meats, plus pick the right sweet and savory accompaniments to complete your board. You will also learn how to cut fruits and make an appealing arrangement to make your display next-level.

An expert chef from the Bay Area will guide you in a fun and relaxed setting. Cooking classes make ideal experience gift ideas and work as excellent team building activities. They also work as unique wedding gifts and birthday gifts or if you are just looking for fun things to do in the Bay Area.

Hi Foodie and Cooking Lovers! My name is Chef Teena Arora. My parents immigrated from India to the States when I was a toddler.  My upbringing was spent in the kitchen at my family owned and operated Steakhouse, American roadside, and Indian restaurants in the Midwest from the mid-70s thru the early 90s. I've been a Chef & Culinary Instructor for 20+ years in Silicon Valley, CA passionately spreading my culinary magic to Fortune 100 companies like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, IBM & innumerable others. I've delighted cooking aficionados at Whole Foods Cooking School, Stanford & thousands of private clients. 
But my long story short, my brand "Currysutra" was not conceived until the mid 90s. I have dedicated myself to sharing my knowledge & obsession of plant based foods, and the medicinal benefits of Indian spices. I am also crazy about mindful, healthy & intrigued with Ayurvedic cooking.

When I’m not in the kitchen, I enjoy  boot-camp, cycling and yoga, globetrotting, watching The Ellen Degeneres Show, music concerts, dining out, entertaining, and spending time with family & friends.

In 2016, I embarked on a new adventure. In partnership with a high-end family-owned Appliance Store, I began to offer an exquisite, one-of-a-kind culinary program named, Explore Culinary Arts with infinite passion, love, and warmth. We teach Indian, Italian, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, plus pastry workshops combined with corporate team building.  We sure had a ton of fun, so many fond memories and repeat clients! It was four years in the making, like-minded passionate, trained, and talented chefs alongside myself were front & center in this unique culinary experience until last March 2020 when our world changed and paused our cooking events due to Covid-19. My team (my staff is amazing!) and I had to close our operation due to SIP orders. Now, we face a challenge of social distancing in the kitchen. So, that left me with one choice, do I let the coronavirus infect my passion and desire to teach cooking or do I pivot my business as my trusted wise friend told me, and find “new cheese”? That is exactly what I intended to do. So, I am happy to announce that until we can resume some sort of normalcy, we began to offer online cooking classes as of June 1, 2020! And, more recently as of this year, July 1 we are back in business offering in-person experiences!!! My heart is full once again, well it's on it's way:-)
So with that said, consider this a personal invitation to come cook & learn with me in my cozy kitchen!  We will have a great time with food, laughter & merriment.
I encourage and invite you all to gather, create and taste what sets my chef team apart in the industry. Enjoy an educational, intimate, relaxed, and delicious experience!
