It's hard to resist the allure of chocolate and in this hands-on experience, you will taste delicious handmade chocolate while learning how they are made and topping a few of your own salty caramels!

Your teacher Emma is a Belgian chocolatière and she will guide you through this fun chocolate tasting event. She'll bring all the supplies to you for a memorable experience.

You will start by tasting different types of chocolate with guidance from your experienced teacher. Feel free to ask plenty of questions, and you'll pick up loads of wonderful tips on how to make the most of every bite.

You'll then learn about chocolate making by watching a demonstration of the molding process with polycarbonate molds in the different stages of poured, filled, and closed chocolate shells. Your teacher will then release a finished chocolate mold and show you how to finish the chocolates with fleur de sel. Then it will be your turn!

This is a tasty way to spend time for any group in need of team building activities. If you're searching for a way to spend time together for birthday parties or any major celebration, it doesn't get any sweeter than tasting chocolate.

Please note
You should have a space where you can set up tables and chairs for each person to decorate and taste. You should also provide plates and napkins.

Hi, I am Emma Martens, a Belgian chocolatière and owner of Emma's Delights, Belgian chocolates. I handcraft traditional Belgian chocolates in small batches and make all my own fillings from scratch with your well-being in mind, as well as sharing my passion by teaching others about chocolate.

Our mission is to combine the luxurious decadence of fine chocolates with the purity of healthy ingredients. That is why we do not use glucose in any of our chocolates and we only use organic cane sugar if we want to caramelize an ingredient. Our ganaches contain NO added sugars.
We want to share with you everything we know and help you have a go at making your own.

We welcome everyone in our classes and will help you explore new flavors and a new way to appreciate chocolate.
