Dumpling making is as fun as it sounds! Learn how to make plant-based Asian dumplings from scratch in this cooking class in Edgewater.
You can choose between two dumpling fillings to make: tofu and soy ginger mushrooms. This is a vegetarian and vegan-friendly cooking class. Please note that there will not be any meat-filling options available.
You will learn the techniques to steam and pan-fry the dumplings. Once you have created your masterpieces, you will then plate up and enjoy eating your creations!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). Try dumpling making for your next team building activity, birthday party, or date night!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients.
