What you'll do
If you're looking to refine your cookie decorating skills, join this online cookie decorating workshop. Mastering icing consistencies makes every decorator's life easier and this skill will make you a more confident baker.
In this class, you will mix six different icing consistencies and use them to create this cookie set. We will also practice a nice variety of techniques that can be used for future cookie projects: we pipe toothpick roses, drop flowers and swirl roses, ruffles and lace design elements. We will create a quilted look and transparent lace.
You will receive a cookie decorating kit delivered to you with all the necessary supplies. Bonus: pick your favorite color! This is a burgundy cookie set. If you want to make it in your favorite color, please inquire.
There is no prerequisite for this class, all skill levels are welcome. If you love baking, this useful skill will make your cookies look professional.

Gingerbread is an ancient tradition that is still flourishing in many European countries. Tunde combines the old traditions of her native country with modern techniques to create beautiful edible art pieces. She lives in Bowling Green, Kentucky with her husband and three children.
