In this cooking class, you will learn how to make the perfect pasta dough to transform it into beautiful fettuccine and pappardelle noodles. While the dough rests, your chef will demonstrate how to make an easy and flavorful cherry tomato sauce. This class teaches you how to make pasta the old-fashioned way, using rolling pins and pasta cutting wheels to make your fettuccine, and simply hand-cutting the dough into thicker noodles to form your pappardelle. Get ready for an arm workout!

The class will take place in the Farm to People warehouse, the perfect way to make delicious food surrounded by the best quality ingredients!

What to bring

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in, wearing your mask, especially if you’re part of a large group. Guests in the same booking party will sit and work together throughout the class. All guests are required to show proof of full vaccination in order to participate in class. Your Chef Instructor will be checking vaccine cards and apps during check in. Masks are required at all times in the venue aside from when you are eating or drinking at your table. Your chef instructor will wear a mask throughout the entire class as well. Guests will be allowed to remove their masks when eating and drinking. As a result, booking parties will be socially distanced from one another while eating.
