A wonderful and educational class! EunYoung is very knowledgeable and patient as a teacher, she was so helpful teaching us all about matcha and how to make a proper cup. She went through the history, origins, types, and instruction on how to prepare matcha. I bought this course as a gift for my wife’s birthday and she enjoyed it a lot.
