A beer will be brewed in the class, so you'll get hands-on experience with the process.

Your teacher focuses on practical brewing techniques, so you'll be able to brew independently with success. This teaching style is casual while also presenting a wealth of information. It is designed to provide you with the confidence, knowledge, and experience needed to become proficient home brewers and cultivated beer drinkers.

You will learn all the basics to get you up and running while brewing a batch of beer. You’ll learn about extract brewing, malts, grains, hops, yeasts, and how to avoid or troubleshoot the most common problems.

Max, our instructor, was stupendous. He made everything incredibly fun and easy to understand in a very short time.

Admittedly getting there from Manhattan is a bit of a pain but nonetheless well worth it.
