Whether you and your better half already know your way around a kitchen or you're novices, you're welcome in this class, which caters to all experience levels. Chef Mukti Banerjee will begin the class by giving you a primer in spices (masalas), the basis of Indian cooking. After you've achieved spice mastery, Chef Mukti will lead you step-by-step as you cook several delectable and authentic dishes.
On the menu:
- Chana masala (chickpea curry)
- Saag paneer (spinach with homemade cheese)
- Butter chicken
- Aloo paratha (potato-stuffed flatbread)
- Mango lassi (creamy drink with mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom)
