Knitting Class

Knitwear never goes out of style, learn this age-old craft in a knitting class in Seattle! In this beginner workshop, you'll start with knitting basics!Your instructor, Rosalie Gale, will teach you how to knit the same way her mom taught her. You'll learn a knitting method perfect for right-handed and left-handed folks alike. You'll learn how to cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch and cast off. You will receive knitting needles and select yarn from a collection of thrifted finds to practice on. This class will leave you with the skills to finish your first knitting project: a handmade scarf! Knitting is a useful skill to learn as it can allow you to craft your own clothes, make handmade gifts for loved ones, and can even help you relax after a long day. Learning new skills is great for your mental well-being, so why not try this fun and easy craft class! Please note: Proof of vaccination is required to attend this class. Additionally, you are required to wear a mask during the class. If you purchase a ticket and cannot adhere to either of these rules, or cannot attend class for any reason up to 48 hours before the class, an exchange to another Monster Monster will be offered. After that time, no refunds or exchanges are issued out of respect for the teachers who purchase and prepare supplies based on the number of attendees.
