What you'll do

With a few simple ingredients, a little muscle and a lot of love, you can learn how to make authentic homemade pasta as good as Nonna!

In this fun and interactive class, you will follow a classic potato pasta dough recipe and learn how to make homemade pasta from scratch. You'll enjoy your gnocchi with a Pomodoro and cheese sauce that your instructor, Chef Sandro, will also teach you how to make from scratch.

No experience is required! All the equipment and ingredients are provided. This cooking class is casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. It is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

With step-by-step instructions, it is easy to master this dish. You'll find you want to repeat it again and again at home.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
