What you'll do

If you're looking for mouth-watering pasta recipes, join this Italian cooking class in Seattle and learn how to make pasta from scratch. In this pasta-making class, you will learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful Pappardelle noodles.

Your chef instructor will demo how to make a traditional Pomodoro sauce, along with some audience participation. Learn how to use a pasta machine to roll out your dough. Then practice hand-cutting rustic noodles to form your Pappardelle. You will have the opportunity to create and plate your own pasta and enjoy eating it with some fresh mozzarella.

There is no experience required for this exciting pasta-making experience! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Learn new skills you can use again at home and enjoy an entertaining and engaging day in the kitchen with your friends, loved ones, or co-workers!

You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
