Using fresh seafood, you will learn how to perfectly season sushi rice to make some of the most popular rolls, like California Roll and Spicy Tuna. You will also learn how to make nigiri sushi. Learn all about essential ingredients and where to buy them so you can keep making sushi at home. Not a seafood fan? Vegetarian options are also available upon request.
