What you'll do

It's such a lovely feeling to walk into a room and experience the sight and smell of a scented candle. Now you can pour your own handmade candle and dive into your creative side and learn the fun of candle making. You can select from our wide variety of MiGi scented oils and design your coconut wax candle specific to your style.

Yes, we travel to you and bring all the goodies needed to teach you and your team how to make your very own natural and non-toxic scented candle.

You will learn all the steps to making a coconut wax candle with the guidance of an expert teacher. Marcelina will take you through the process, sharing her knowledge of natural ingredients and scent combinations. You'll also learn how to mix and safely pour the wax into a beautiful and recyclable ceramic vessel. Your candle will come with an eco-friendly wooden wick that gives a slight crackle when burning. There is nothing like the ambience of a wooden wick candle which is a unique trend in candle making. This candle will give you a 60+ hour burn time.

Workplace teams looking for fun group activities should try candle-making as a relaxing workshop. This is also an excellent way for friends to gather if you are in search of fun party ideas or other celebrations. Unwind while learning something new and explore the fun of creating a handmade candle.

By the end of class, you will have a beautiful custom candle to take home and enjoy for many hours of burning time.

The name “MiGi” (Mee-Jee) comes from a combination of the names of my beautiful daughters, Milah and Giannah and “Cera” is the Spanish word for “wax.” Our family name reflects the motivation and reason behind the business.

My family is of Mexican descent, and, living in the excitingly diverse area of California known as the Bay Area, I decided to incorporate my heritage into my candles in the form of scents and their Spanish names. This resulted in a unique scent, candle, and aesthetic.

It's always my #1 priority to bring A++ quality products to my customers and I am always striving to improve. I want to share memories through smells and one day give you something that will trigger beautiful and fond memories of friends, family, and moments.

Our coconut wax candles and all natural skin care are hand made with only top quality ingredients. Migi products are vegan, non toxic and eco friendly safe ingredients that I stand by and personally use.
