Looking for an authentic Chinese cooking class in the Bay Area? Get ready to make traditional Chinese dishes, from dan dan noodles to Hongkong egg tart, at this Richmond cooking class.
Your friendly and helpful instructor, Chef Grace, will teach you professional cooking techniques for making a two-course meal plus how to make chili oil. First, you will learn how to make noodles from scratch for your dan dan noodle dish, which also incorporates a savory meat sauce. Then, you'll make chili oil. And last but not least, whip up a sweet egg tart.
You don't need any prior experience to learn cooking in this class, as Chef Grace makes the techniques accessible to all skill levels. This class makes a great choice if you're looking for small, intimate birthday party ideas for a food lover.
At the end of class, you'll sit down and enjoy the dinner you prepared while getting a chance to enjoy the company of your classmates. Chef Grace will also share a special treat! Take the recipes home with you, so you can wow your friends and family with your authentic Chinese cooking skills!
