What you'll do
Ready to learn how to paint in a fun and beginner-friendly way? Dictionaries are a great place to get creative inspiration. In this painting class from Spark Studio, you'll paint your own interpretation of words directly onto dictionary pages, creating a unique and vibrant mixed-media artwork.
Don't worry if you have never picked up a brush before, as your friendly and talented painting instructor will show you what you need to do while leaving plenty of room for questions and assistance. You will choose a word or illustration from the dictionary that sparks your imagination, then paint your own design of it directly onto the page. The process is easy and super fun!
All the arts and crafts supplies you need will be provided, so just bring an open mind and a desire to learn! If you're looking for a fun team building activity to do with colleagues, or a creative way to spend time with your friends or family, give this class a go!

I’m Carrie Leeb, an artist/designer/teacher/entrepreneur/Bay Area native, and I love making things. I feel most alive when I’m creating, and I want to impart this same passion for exploring, experimenting, and making to as many people as I can (like you!). Spark Studio’s a place where this happens.
