What you'll do
On the hunt for at home date night ideas to help you get more creative as a couple? Grab your aprons and get cooking with this flavor-filled virtual experience.
Join seasoned chef Jerry from his kitchen in The Bronx, where he will teach you step-by-step as you learn to cook double tomato bruschetta, chicken marsala, and zabaglione for dessert! Zabaglione is a simple Italian dessert made from egg yolks, sugar, and sweet wine. So grab that bottle of Marsala and work it into both your entree and dessert!
Chef Jerry will also be sure to teach you some helpful kitchen tips and knife skills along the way to help you sharpen your cooking skills and become even more comfortable in the kitchen.
On the menu:
- Double tomato bruschetta.
- Chicken marsala.
- Zabaglione.
It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner when it comes to home-cooked meals, as your teacher will be on hand to answer any questions and provide plenty of handy hints as you get cooking.
By the end of the class, you'll be ready to pour some wine and enjoy a delicious, romantic meal together-from the comfort of home!

Chef Jerry has been cooking professionally for over fifteen years. He has worked in many restaurants and amassed a plethora of knowledge in different types of cuisines. His primary specialty has been in Spanish and Italian cooking. However for the past six years, his focus has been on creating healthy and dietary tolerant cooking including Keto, low carb and vegetarian cooking. Chef Jerry was also inspired to begin his own personal journey to a healthier lifestyle, in which to date he has lost over eighty pounds! He now wishes to share his experiences and inspire others to follow a healthy lifestyle as he himself has been inspired to make better life choices and enjoys cooking new dishes!
