In this workshop with Angie Cooper of My Moon Macrame, you will be taught the basic knotting techniques used in macrame. This class is great for beginners and intermediate levels, as your project can be modified for any skill level. Everything is provided including, craft supplies, video tutorials, and one-on-one guidance to help you create your DIY macrame project.
During this class, you will learn to macrame a feather, which will add a bit of boho and creativity to your space. You can create little feathers or big feathers to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art that fits your style. Your instructor will teach you the knots and provide step-by-step instructions to help you complete your project.
You will go home with a completed macrame project and all the tools you need to continue your macrame journey at home. If you're looking for fun things to do with friends or simple and cute macrame designs, spend a day exploring your creativity in this hands-on workshop!

Monster is a unique shop dedicated to supporting independent artists. Located in Ballard at 1716 NW Market Street. We feature a different artist on the second Saturday of each month during the Ballard Art Walk.
Monster is more than just a retail shop. We also have a dedicated classroom space where we host art and craft classes. Join us for our monthly craft social and meet other creative folks.
