What you'll do
Ready to learn how to cook a new dish and enjoy some delicious wine while benefitting a great cause? In this very special collaboration, Truffle Shuffle is teaming up with Hart4Wine to raise money for K9s For Veterans in honor of Memorial Day!
Chef Tucker will teach you how to make a light, fresh spring risotto where asparagus takes center stage, complemented simply by salty Parmesan cheese, earthy black truffle, and just a touch of lemon. You don't need any special equipment or cooking experience to succeed in this cooking class. All you need is a desire to learn and a hungry belly!
The wine pairing for this meal is a LVE 2020 Chardonnay from Carneros and Frenchie Winery 2019 Collage Red Wine from the North Coast. Enjoy a glass while cooking, and perhaps another when you sit down to enjoy your delicious homemade risotto after this online cooking class ends!

While working together at The French Laundry in Napa, Jason McKinney, Tyler Vorce, and Sarah Rundle fell in love with truffles and the overall, unforgettable experience they could provide.
