You will learn how to make pasta dough from scratch with step-by-step instructions before rolling it out and cutting it into the cavatelli shape. Cavatelli is a thick pasta shape that is similar to trofie but a bit easier to roll out by hand. You'll then learn how to make the famous Nerano sauce, with plenty of tips from your expert guide to ensure this Italian pasta is authentic.
