What you'll do
Treat your tastebuds to a delicious, hearty meal in this online cooking class from Truffle Shuffle. You'll learn how to prepare a NY strip steak with crispy Balinese truffle salt fries.
Guided by an expert chef, you will learn how to take a 14-ounce USDA Prime NY strip steak and pan-sear it to perfection like a professional. Then, you will make your truffle salt fries and classic sauce bearnaise to go with it. Don't worry if you don't have much (or any!) cooking experience, as this is a beginner-friendly class and your teacher will show you everything step-by-step.
After this class, you'll get to sit down and enjoy the meal you cooked. Perhaps toast to your hard work with a glass of wine or a beer! Going forward, you'll have the skills to prepare many more delicious steak and potato dishes in the future.
