Are you looking for an activity that will help you wind down at the end of the day? Moksha Movement is here with their beginner's meditation class that you can do from the comfort of your own home!
Meditation is a fantastic way to practice mindfulness and help you reconnect with yourself. In this class, you will learn some basic meditation techniques such as breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation and many more. Your instructor will also guide you through learning how to gain authority over everyday negative emotions we all experience; stress, anxiety, fear, worry.
Not only is this a great activity to do to help you unwind and relax after work, but also a fantastic way to start your day, setting you up for a zestful and positive day. There is never a wrong time to practice your meditation, so learn the basics in this class to be able to practice mindfulness anywhere at any time!
Please note: This is a recorded class that you can view during your own time. Once the live class of that week has ended, you will receive the video link. You will have access to the video for one week before it expires.
