Pregnancy is a special time when a woman's body goes through many changes and it is important to make time for self-care and nurturing your bundle of joy growing inside!

This live online class is designed to incorporate some mindful movement and meditation for pregnant mothers in all trimesters.

This relaxing class, which is perfect for beginners, offers you a chance to practice mindful movement and meditation. This is a great way to relax, nurture and restore balance to your entire being!

At the start of this online class, you will begin with some deep breathing and gentle stretching followed by some Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which encourages slow sweeping movements with deep breathing. You will then finish off with a sitting meditation to relax the body and connect deeper to your mind.

By the end of this class, you will feel relaxed, energised and a deeper sense of connection.
