Kristi will walk you through the steps to build your own boards. She will discuss and demonstrate planning, choosing the right board, ingredient selection, assembly and serving, all the while sprinkling in tips and tricks to make your boards unique and spectacular. Then it will be your turn! Kristi will guide you in building your own charcuterie board for 2 to take home at the end of class. 8”x12” Teak board included!On the menu: A seasonal charcuterie board with a selection of meats, cheese, crackers, vegetables, fruits, nuts and more!
