My boyfriend and I did this for our 2nd year anniversary and ended up becoming friends with another couple in the class. The instructors were very animated and the studio was adorable and cozy. We learned a lot and everything was delicious. They let us practice more and make as many of each roll as we wanted really so don’t be nervous about being hungry after. They also allowed BYOB but also provided sake, white wine and more. Would 10/10 recommend.

I got this as a gift for my partner's birthday – neither of us had done a cooking class before, but we cook a decent amount at home so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a full class, but Stefano and Dona did an excellent job of being attentive to everyone making sure we all got to participate in different parts of the process. Even as someone who is an experienced home cook, I came away learning a lot and the food was delicious! It was neat getting to try our hands at making the three different types of pasta from scratch. As a bonus, they also showed us how to make tagliatelle with the extra dough, which is something I hope to try at home. Thank you Red Inside for facilitating such a wonderful gift experience for my partner! We hope to come back for another class in the future.

This was a birthday gift for my wife. We've done cooking classes at other places before but this was by far our favorite. The instructors were excellent and fun to work with. The information was presented in an enjoyable way, and we learned a lot about making sushi and about rice and vegetables and proper knife handling. Everything was clean and well-prepared and ready for us. The communal dining situation, all of us at one long table, fostered a closeness with our fellow particpants. We got to know the other participants very well. All in all, it was an excellent experience and we would absolutely take another class with Red Inside Culinary.

This class was absolutely perfect for a bachelorette party activity. It provided the right mixture of hands-on/instruction/not having to do everything and we all had a great night. The meal was delicious and served family-style, which was ideal for our larger group, and turned out to be more food and wine than we could consume! Dona and Stefano were great instructors, patient and engaging with us. It was also really convenient to have the event pre-paid, where we did not have to worry about splitting up a dinner receipt for the group -- made life really easy!
