My boyfriend and I did this for our 2nd year anniversary and ended up becoming friends with another couple in the class. The instructors were very animated and the studio was adorable and cozy. We learned a lot and everything was delicious. They let us practice more and make as many of each roll as we wanted really so don’t be nervous about being hungry after. They also allowed BYOB but also provided sake, white wine and more. Would 10/10 recommend.

Fresh Pasta Cooking Workshop: Agnolotti, Cavatelli, Farfalle

I got this for a gift for my girlfriend for valentines day. I printed out ClassBento and let her pick the class of her choosing. She landed on Red Inside Pasta Class and she could not have chose a better class. 100/100. I cannot wait to take another one of their classes! The two chefs were incredible and full of knowledge. Awesome experience, highly recommended.

A great experience from beginning to end. Our teacher was incredibly helpful and professional, as well as jovial! We had a blast learning about Italian culture as well as how to properly prepare ingredients. I plan to make tiramisu at home quite soon, as well as returning to another ClassBento class.

French Cuisine Class

Teacher was great. He was so nice and taught us good skills. The food was great. We learned knife skills and how to combine cold eggs with hot liquid and how to make remoulade and chicken cordon bleu. Loved the finished product. The food was amazing. Venue was cozy which made it so nice.

I got this as a gift for my partner's birthday – neither of us had done a cooking class before, but we cook a decent amount at home so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a full class, but Stefano and Dona did an excellent job of being attentive to everyone making sure we all got to participate in different parts of the process. Even as someone who is an experienced home cook, I came away learning a lot and the food was delicious! It was neat getting to try our hands at making the three different types of pasta from scratch. As a bonus, they also showed us how to make tagliatelle with the extra dough, which is something I hope to try at home. Thank you Red Inside for facilitating such a wonderful gift experience for my partner! We hope to come back for another class in the future.

Grilled Steak Cooking Class

This was a birthday gift for my wife. We've done cooking classes at other places before but this was by far our favorite. The instructors were excellent and fun to work with. The information was presented in an enjoyable way, and we learned a lot about making sushi and about rice and vegetables and proper knife handling. Everything was clean and well-prepared and ready for us. The communal dining situation, all of us at one long table, fostered a closeness with our fellow particpants. We got to know the other participants very well. All in all, it was an excellent experience and we would absolutely take another class with Red Inside Culinary.

Grilled Steak Cooking Class

This was an amazing class. My team traveled from all over the world for an onsite in NYC. We chose this steakhouse class as a team building activity. Everyone had a great time. We'll definitely do another class with a different cuisine for our next NYC trip.

It was my first cooking class ever and the experience was absolutely amazing! The food, the vibe, the people that I got to meet- everything was 10 out of 10. Dona is a great teacher. Her energy is amazing! It felt like we were in her summer house in Georgia and she was sharing with us her tips and tricks in such a light and playful manner. Food is love, she said, and that’s exactly how I felt. She definitely loves sharing her knowledge and love for food and creating memorable experiences. This class was absolutely perfect for a bachelorette party activity. It provided the right mixture of hands-on/instruction/not having to do everything and we all had a great night. The meal was delicious and served family-style, which was ideal for our larger group, and turned out to be more food and wine than we could consume! Dona and Stefano were great instructors, patient and engaging with us. It was also really convenient to have the event pre-paid, where we did not have to worry about splitting up a dinner receipt for the group -- made life really easy! Would absolutely recommend this class to anyone - from a date night to a group of friends looking for something different to do. Worth every penny.

I attended the class with 7 of my greatest friends to enjoy a food tour through Italy with our instructing chef, Dona. Firstly, the venue was amazing It was intimate, quiet, and special! Especially loved the dining area. Dona was very attentive, funny, and knowledgeable. She was super nice! We stepped in to help the right amount - not too much, but still felt like we were responsible for the meal. The food was super yummy and perfectly balanced with ingredients. 10/10 would recommend this class to others!

Knife Skills Class

The venue was beautiful and the teacher was very patient and clear. I will be using the recipe for minestrone for the rest of my life. I definitely still need to unlearn bad knife habits, but this class was very good.

Our pasta making class was amazing! The teachers were great and made the experience very fun. We learnt to make several different types of pasta, a type of italian salad and adesserteverything was delicious! We also met very nice people and had a lovely time having dinner altogether. Overall a great experience! Chef Ivan set the tone of the class well, and the class itself was a good mix of prep work that felt like we were all able to get involved in every course along the way without being overexerted. The environment is professional but cozy, and everyone worked together to build each course.

Iron Chef Cooking Competition Class

Dona was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and very friendly with us beginners! My goal with this class was to improve my sushi rolling and cutting skills. Dona provided easy to understand instructions and then gave helpful feedback and tips while we were making the sushi. Thanks for such a great experience!
