This online cooking class is a delicious way to experience the vibrant and tasty flavors of Thailand, with some Californian flare all in your own kitchen!

Your friendly teacher will introduce you to the fundamentals of Thai cooking so you can cook up your very own healthy and incredible Thai feast. This is the perfect thing to do on a rainy day at home when you need some mouthwatering food to lift your spirits.

Learn to cook using only plant-based ingredients that pack a flavorful punch. Although we like to focus on plant-based cooking, we can accommodate meat-eaters.

If you want some virtual team activities, cooking is a great way to learn more about your crew and some new kitchen skills. This online class is perfect for beginners and is a great way to relax.

You can cook along with your teacher in the live online class, but you are also welcome to just watch and learn. All dietary restrictions can be catered for.

Sample menu: (subject to change due to seasonality and availability)

  • Mango Spring Rolls w/ Collard Wraps and Spicy Peanut Sauce.
  • Basil Fried Rice.

First off, I think it’s weird that everyone refers to themselves in the third person on their websites, so I’m just going to skip that part, and tell you a little bit more about myself in my own words.

My journey with food started at a young age. My mom has been a recipe developer and food stylist for over 30 years, and it was working in the kitchen with her where I really fell in love with food. I lived in a home that was filled with any ingredient you could think of, and it didn’t take long before I started pulling books off the shelf, and cooking up a storm.

Following some major injuries in high school, I became very curious about health and wellness, and earned a bachelors degree in Nutrition and Food Science in 2011. Following college, I worked as a food scientist at a processed food company for 6 years, where I was able to experience a side of food that most people will never get to see. Along the way, I won a number of awards as a recipe developer, assisted at a culinary school, led restaurant tours, and have eaten my way through the city of San Francisco.

Ben Mastracco Food Coaching is the culmination of all of my unique experiences in the food industry, and all of the lessons I’ve learned along the way. It’s truly my pleasure to teach you, and to learn from you.
