Pottery Wheel Throwing Class

Learn how to use a clay wheel in this fun two-hour class.

2 hours Class size 1 to 3     label $120

Get stuck into some clay in this relaxing and fun pottery class. It's one of the most rewarding days out in San Francisco that could fire up your passion for a new hobby.

This wheel throwing class includes all the materials, setup, firing, and tutorials you need to make your own stunning pottery. It's fully interactive, and there's plenty of time to get your hands messy and experiment with the clay.

Learn the ways of the wheel with your friendly teacher and pottery-making expert. You'll watch a few demonstrations that will cover all the best tips and tricks that potters use, and learn more about the rich history of our pottery studio space.

Beginners can easily pick up this new skill and create their own handmade pottery to display with pride. Once you're done playing with the clay, we will fire and dry your pieces. This takes three weeks and will result in a food-safe, microwave, and dishwasher-friendly, pot.

If you want an artsy bachelorette party or creative birthday event, you can be sure this class is full of laughter and relaxation.
