Chef Thomas was great and very personable. He kept the energy up, even though we were more of a text-chat group than vocal. Loved how he was able to engage with us and answer all of our questions, and give us lots of pointers on what works well and not so well to dip in the chocolate. Our team had a great time and we would highly recommend this course again.

Our instructor was very responsive, and very accommodating. We scheduled about a week in advance, and she was very helpful in confirming and making sure we got our kits in time. We had a couple of hiccups, where some didn't have their paints and some didn't have the kit (due to USPS delays), but she did her best to give us a great lesson. We would definitely recommend this class, as it was something new and relaxing as well. Thank you!
