Eddie was an incredible host. He put together a thoughtful, rich experience. He was a kind and helpful instructor—and the food was fantastic! He made what can feel like a complicated process approachable and fun.

The best cooking class I have ever taken! Not only because we learned so many new things, but also because Eddie was the perfect host and teacher. He used very high quality ingredients and was mindful of allergies/dietary restrictions. The final meal was delicious and it was very cosy to sit down in his beautiful apartment and share the meal together. Already making a shopping list to make my own dumpling party!
