Emma was very knowledgable and passionate about chocolate and the team had a great time together learning about all aspects of chocolate growing, storing, tasting, pairing and more. Emma was also very detail oriented for the shipping logistics and very fast at responding and accomodating for veriety of situations we had which is super helpful and very much appreciated. The workshop was a perfect way to end the week on a high note! Highly recommend!
