What you'll do
Have you ever claimed to be uncreative, unimaginative or unartistic? Well, it’s time to be surprised by your own creative talents during this fun, welcoming, and interactive sketching workshop in NYC.
This workshop is led by visual artist and performer Kelsey Strauch (creator of Kalcium Fortified)!
The truth is, we are all innately creative and this workshop will help even the most left-brain centered attendees learn how to follow their creative impulses. You will walk away feeling much more confident in their artistic abilities and delighted with their unique creations.
The afternoon will begin with some gentle, guided mobility movements that won’t make you sweat but are guaranteed to relax and reconnect with your body.
After your joints are feeling juicy, you will begin a series of ridiculously fun, hilariously creative drawing games designed to release the pressure of perfection and embrace the joy of playful absurdity.
All of your supplies, including sketchbooks and colored pencils, are included, all you need to do is bring yourself and an open mind!
