Host led very well and had a great technical setup, painting and mindfullness is a nice activity, wish it had been longer! Good instruction on leaf brushstroke. I suggest telling people during breathing exercise they can count longer if needed or as they relax, and allowing a tiny bit more time. At justb4 + more
