Yoga for Beginners

Are you looking for a new hobby that is both a form of exercise but also helps you practice mindfulness? Join Moksha Movement to learn yoga from the comfort of your own home.

This beginner-friendly yoga class is a great way to wind down after a long day of work or enjoy those quiet moments in the early morning. In this class, we will break down each pose and focus on the alignment of the body so you can go through each movement safely.

Throughout the class, you will be taught the benefits of each specific posture and start your yoga journey on the right path. Your instructor will help you gain a deeper understanding of traditional yoga poses and how they affect the anatomy of the body.

Not only will you learn the physical side of yoga, but you will also learn all about mindfulness. The class will start with a different meditation each week, before moving into a movement series of beginner asanas (poses). You will round off the class with a final meditation followed by positive affirmations, to help open your minds.

This class is fantastic for beginners and anyone looking to start their yoga journey.
