I am a NY-based mixologist specializing in recipe development and content creation for beverage brands. With a strong passion for food and beverage culture, I have been in the hospitality industry my entire life -including bartending & teaching for a NY bartending school for a period of time.

As a Brand Ambassador for Absinthe Absente, I’ve decided to take my love and knowledge of cocktails virtual by teaching you about this very misunderstood spirit with a mysterious past.

You’ll be the talk of your next party, once you take a journey with me and “The Green Fairy” (as it is often referred to) and learn to craft two simple yet eclectic drinks with Absinthe and learn a little history behind the spirit following its ban in the 1930s and the reversal of that ban in 2007.
Contrary to popular belief Absinthe isn’t illegal, it’s simply delicious.
