Make Japanese Marbling Art at Home

Fairy Garden Terrarium Workshop
The Fairy Garden Terrarium Workshop was a very enjoyable. The moderator Monica was pleasant and knowledgeable about terrariums and plants in general. I was creating an open terrarium and the other participant a closed environment terrarium. Other than the type of plants used; the open terrarium utilized succulents, and the closed regular plants; everything else about the creating was similar. WeThe Fairy Garden Terrarium Workshop was a very enjoyable. The moderator Monica was pleasant and knowledgeable about terrariums and plants in general. I was creating an open terrarium and the other participant a closed environment terrarium. Other than the type of plants used; the open terrarium utilized succulents, and the closed regular plants; everything else about the creating was similar. We had many items to chose from to help decorate. Various types and sizes of rocks, moss, figurines, and other types of items. Monica explained on how to layer the soil and then on how best to place the plants; dig into the soil to the bottom and then place plant and recover with soil. While we were working, Monica had a little quiz about plants to see how much we knew and also to educate a little. I learned there about over 80, 000 plants in the world and the vast majority are used for medicinal purposes. I would recommend the Fairy Garden Terrarium Workshop to anyone who wants to start working with plants. + more

It was my first time ever rug tufting, and I enjoyed it so much! I went with my friend and they accomodated our request to sit next to each other. The projectors did keep bugging out, but they had multiple and were very responsive about helping everyone with technical issues. You connect to their WiFi and screenshare from your phone to the projector by connecting to it (each one has a different name,It was my first time ever rug tufting, and I enjoyed it so much! You connect to their WiFi and screenshare from your phone to the projector by connecting to it (each one has a different name, physical label printed on projector). If there isn't a yarn color in the boxes that you see on the yarn wall, you can ask for them to get you some from the back! It happened with a few popular colors and they were super helpful with preparing new skein of yarn (making sure it's not tangled) so it's a smoother process when you thread it in the tufting gun. Our teachers were kind, explained everything thoroughly, and tried their best to go around to each individual who had questions about their projects. They're also very patient and help you if you get a little nervous about a step (they helped me with the shaving part because I'm rather slow). I tufted my dog because it was her gotcha day! Granted, they didn't have the exact colors, but it turned out rather nicely. Would definitely recommend this class to others! Thank you for the wonderful experience! + more

Cooking Class: Dumpling Dinner Party
Eddie was a really calm and positive teacher, can’t recommend him enough. The class was as much about the history of the food as much as it was learning the technical skills. Eddie was very uplifting and encouraging. Overall it was a really great experience and the food was delicious!

The teacher Jimmy was nice and helpful when deciding what scents would go together. I don’t think the class was worth the price. For $88 I was expecting at least a 3.4 oz perfume bottle. The bottle was smaller than the palm of my hand. Overall nice experience but wouldn’t do it again.

Botanical Candle-Making Workshop
I took my mom and aunt to this class and they had a great time. Ali was very patient with us and helped us make our candle. He even let me my aunt redo her candle because she messed it up and didn't like the color. This class was a great way to spend quality time with my family and their first time doing something like this. Highly recommend it. We loved the way our candle turned out.

Buttercream Cupcake Decorating Class: Succulents
This was purchased as a Christmas present, and it was so special. Youngsuk was super patient and gave great demos and instruction, and by the end of class, we left with the most beautiful edible succulent terrariums. Wonderful class, highly recommend!

Cooking 101 Workshop - Standalone Course 3
In this session we learned about wet cooking methods. We did this with wine sauce, poaching and baking. The instruction is easy to follow with great tips and myth busters from Chef Curtis. The kitchen area is great and the food we cooked was fantastic.

Very fun and easy workshop! Emir was very nice and provided some good tips with how to prepare the moss and layout before gluing it all on. Also the ducks, sheep, rocks and mushroom figurines were so cute! Very unique experience.

Italian Cooking Class: Sardinian Gnocchi
Excellent class, Chef James taught us a lot about the techniques to make both the sauce and gnocchi and also prepared a bright zesty salad and cheesecake dessert for the group dinner at the end of class. The class taking place at his home is so unique and it was fun talking to the other guests. The class size is small. 7 total students. Our Textured Art class was so fun. Our instructor Renee was super sweet and very helpful. She had great tips and ideas. It helped that it was just myself and a friend taking the class on a Saturday afternoon; we had all her attention! We got to make two canvases each and the class was about an hour and a half.
