Consorzio Wine was founded by Martin Sheehan-Stross, a sommelier with years of experience in the hospitality and wine industry. A Bay Area native, Martin previously held prestigious positions including lead sommelier at Michael Mina and has been recognised for his work with awards such as World’s Best Young Sommelier in 2016 by the Chaine de Rotisseurs and Guild of Sommeliers TopNewSomm 2015.
Martin has a huge passion for wine and believes he can share this with others through detailed workshops delivered with the utmost attention to detail. With a little guidance and support, we can all unleash our inner sommelier in a calm and welcoming environment.
