It was our first time trying out Taiko, and we had a blast! Marco was a great teacher. We made tons of mistakes, but Marco was very patient and never discouraged us. Def will go again for more. Thank you!

Came as a complete beginner. Marco was a very patient instructor. He provided some background about taiko which was informative. This class was lots of fun, good size (5 participants). Would do again

I seriously underestimated travel time and was late. The instructor checked in with me as I was enroute and proceeded to begin. When I arrived, he invited me into the ongoing practice and did not seem to unduly distress the couple who had been there for the whole session. I felt that he taught in a way that honored the principles as well as techniques of Taiko especially his manner of integrating me into the flow of the class though I was late. His guidance and corrections were clear and gentle; responses to observations and questions of others were benefical to me as well.

My husband and I, both percussionists, wanted to try taiko drumming. Marco was an excellent teacher and gave us a good introductory lesson. Wish we lived close enough to take lessons from him regularly!

Fantastic, experienced, patient, knowledgeable instructor. He taught me correct form and a series of four patterns and by the end I was able to play the full series with him. Great experience.
