Indigo & Violet Studio is a Chicago-based venue for craft workshops and art parties. We focus on modern projects taught in a relaxed studio environment. Our mission is to provide a creative outlet to adults in a variety of mediums - including watercolor, macrame, floral, and plant workshops. All workshops in our studio are BYOB - bring your favorite beverage and snack to enjoy while we craft! Inquire today about hosting a private craft event for your next celebration or team activity.
Founded by Leigh Hardy in 2017, Indigo & Violet Studio is a unique workshop venue. Leigh has a background in Interior Design and applied those skills the studio to create a beautiful and functional space! At Indigo & Violet Studio we're passionate about small businesses, local creators, circular economies, sustainability, and giving back to causes in our Chicago community.

The studio was very cute and the owner was really nice! The class had a good flow and we went home with a beautiful finished product. I will definitely be keeping an eye on the studio for other classes in the future.

Leigh was available to come to us relatively last minute when our previous plans fell through. Everyone had fun learning macrame and I'm so glad we went with her class. I can't wait to attend more at her studio!

This was by far one of the best group crafting sessions I have attended! We came out for a ladies night. Leigh did an amazing job organizing the evening and accommodating our group. She’s a rockstar! Thank you for a memorable night out. We plan on returning for another night of crafting in the future!
