My roots go back to India, where, as a child, I nurtured a deep spiritual connection through journaling as a means of communing with the divine. Although life's circumstances briefly derailed me from my path, but destiny steered me back onto the path of inner exploration. In 2012, a synchronous series of events catapulted me into the worlds of neuroscience, quantum physics, and profound meditative states. Inspired by my own personal encounters with the divine, I have created a guided Trinity Meditation to equip people to connect with their own inner wisdom where answers to all that we seek lie.
