Hello, my name is Rob, the head roaster, sole employee, and owner of Robbeans Coffee, a small batch specialty coffee roastery headquartered in my garage in Glendale, California. The dream for this business was sparked on a coffee farm after roasting on a cast iron pan over an open fire; I fell in love with the process. Since 2019, I have been roasting professionally and now buy beans from that very farm I visited.
I'm truly coffee-obsessed, from bean sourcing to roast profiles, to mastering every brew technique. He wants to share his passion for coffee and roasting and show the world how to start their own roasting operation, either for fun or for future business endeavors.
