Hi! My name is YS, Sim, flower cake designer and instructor in San Francisco. I've been creating custom cakes and teaching cupcake decoration in bay area for 4 years. My specialty is making beautiful cake with edible buttercream flowers and I'm thrilled to share my skills with you! The class was great and a lot of fun. I learned a lot of piping skills and quickly learned how to create some great looking succulent flowers. The teacher was helpful and patient and offered lots of tips and advice throughout. She modeled how to each flower, and gave us time to practice a few flowers ourselves. She also provided us with some tea and snacks during the session. I'd definitely look into taking more of her classes in the future.
