What you'll do

Satisfy your sweet tooth in this engaging chocolate virtual experience. Join Emma, Belgian chocolatière from Emma's Delights to taste different types of chocolate and how to decorate.

This chocolate-focused online class is all about indulging your senses, getting creative, and learning something new about your favorite sweet treat. You will start by tasting different types of chocolate with guidance from your experienced teacher. Feel free to ask plenty of questions, and you'll pick up loads of wonderful tips on how to make the most of every bite.

You'll then learn about chocolate making by watching a demonstration of the molding process with polycarbonate molds in the different stages of poured, filled, and closed chocolate shells. Your teacher will then release a finished chocolate mold and show you how to finish the chocolates with a topping. Then it will be your turn! Your craft kit comes with a few handy tools and ingredients, which you will use to top your five chocolates with help from your teacher.

This virtual chocolate tasting and topping class is a unique way to spend time with your loved ones. Whether you're planning a birthday party or just need fun things to do at home, chocolate is always a welcome addition!

Please note:

Booking your event at least 3 weeks in advance (5 weeks during holidays) will help your chances to secure your preferred day/time.
We will need all class details, including all shipping addresses 2 weeks prior to the date of your event.
Please inform us of any allergies after booking and we are happy to accommodate.
We ship by USPS Domestic First Class shipping (1 day for CA - 2-3 days outside of CA), but allow for a few days in case of unforeseen delays by the shipping company.
If we have to ship to warm weather locations (78°F+) we will need to add cold packs and will charge for the applicable kits after booking ($18).
Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odors. Please do NOT refrigerate because humidity will cause sugar bloom.

Hi, I am Emma Martens, a Belgian chocolatière and owner of Emma's Delights, Belgian chocolates. I handcraft traditional Belgian chocolates in small batches and make all my own fillings from scratch with your well-being in mind, as well as sharing my passion by teaching others about chocolate.

Our mission is to combine the luxurious decadence of fine chocolates with the purity of healthy ingredients. That is why we do not use glucose in any of our chocolates and we only use organic cane sugar if we want to caramelize an ingredient. Our ganaches contain NO added sugars.
We want to share with you everything we know and help you have a go at making your own.

We welcome everyone in our classes and will help you explore new flavors and a new way to appreciate chocolate.
