Irrasshaimase! Though we’ve never been to Japan, your chefs share a deep love and passionate fascination with the culture, the ingredients, and the people. This journey into vegan ramen will allow us to explore Japanese culture from an enthusiastic outsider's vantage point.
You'll learn how to make ramen soup based on mushroom, kombu, and miso, and garnish it with corn, negi, and vegan chashu. Enjoy cucumber sunomono and green beans gomaae, and finish it all off with a vegan version of the world famous Taiyaki for dessert.
