Sparks will fly in this welding class in Seattle! If you're looking for unique date night ideas, this workshop offers a fun and engaging activity for you and your date. You will learn basic welding techniques to craft a metal flower together!

In this 2.5-hour class, we will provide you with a variety of pre-cut pieces that you may fashion into a flower of any type. We will also provide some scrap if you want to color outside the lines. You could make a rose, poppy, chrysanthemum, Mt. Shasta Daisy, Aster, or a flower of your own creation that doubles as the world’s prettiest self-defense tool.

You will learn basic MIG (GMAW or wire-feed welding) techniques and cold-metal forming techniques that are useful in auto body repair, armor making, and non-perishable bouquets. We will show you how to cold smith metal, which is more or less beating on it, but it is actually a skill and one which can be practiced with great delicacy, or not.

This is a project-oriented class, it is focused on specific techniques. You'll be surprised by how easily and how well you can form metal with very simple tools!

This date night workshop in Seattle will allow you to explore something new with your partner, which will add some excitement to your relationship and a new opportunity to connect!

This is a great class for kids, and they can work with you for the same price, or on their own under a separate ticket purchase.
