What you'll do

Your guide is Laena, a wellness expert who will teach you all about creating your own blend of oils to heal and protect your skin. In this interactive class, you will learn alongside the teacher as she demonstrates the techniques for creating cleansing and moisturizing oils using natural ingredients.
You'll also learn some basic Ayurveda self-massage techniques using your handmade oil. Learn to create your own rituals to relieve stress and decompress while boosting your mood and helping your skin glow.
