What you'll do
Get ready to take your embroidery skills to the next level as you dive into the world of larger stitches and explore the endless possibilities they offer. In this exciting embroidery 102 workshop in Austin, you will learn the art of large stitches and create beautiful throw pillows to take home!
You'll discover how to create striking designs using different yarns and larger stitches, adding texture and dimensions to your throw pillows.
By the end of this class, you'll know how to do embroidery on a whole different scale than you're used to -- and even if you're not able to finish your pillow during the workshop, you'll leave with the supplies and skills to do so on your own. Or continue the journey with Madeline at our De-Stash and Craft hangout sessions.
Knowledge required
This is a class for people with a bit of embroidery experience. You should know the basics like threading your needle and the lazy daisy stitch. If you need to learn those, look out for our embroidery 101 classes!
